We were intrigued by initially by the Derivative RSI. We were on this personal journey of trying to understand how some indicators are constructed internally and came across this. However, we struggled with the utilization of this until it was realized that divergence detection is better than the standard RSI. Created by Constance Brown. This along with divergence detection could be used similar to the MACD oscillator. However, on its own it will not help much. Proper price action interpretation and at least another trend indicator should be accompanied with this.

Further customization is embedded in this indicator, every period and moving average type could be applied to all indicator internal components.
